I've started working full time and I already hate it. It's so depressing. If I want to get 8 hours of sleep (which rarely ever happens), then I only have three hours of free time for myself. It's ridiculous. When I was part-time I used to work through lunch and leave at 4:00, but now I'm not allowed. I know it's only an hour, but when you're only getting three, that's a lot. Leaving at 4:00 had other advantages as well: I could drive Kory to his painting class when I got home and in the winter, I had a smaller number of days that I had to drive home from work in the dark. And we all know that I'm pretty much blind in the dark. Pretty soon I'll never see daylight, seriously. Get to work in the dark, leave work in the dark.
Ugh.
