We had to put Atrayou to sleep Thursday night. I don't really want to talk much about it, but wanted everyone to know. Everything happened really quick - started having seizures Thursday morning and was gone by that night. I think the vet suspects it was a tick borne disease that he picked up on the track, but we'll never really know. He was at a point where he was having seizures all the time. Even with meds going through his IV every half an hour we could still see little twitches all over his body. He was unconscious the whole time, so he didn't really feel anything. He was bleeding internally, in his brain, which was shutting down his respiratory centers, so towards the end he wasn't breathing on his own. Ugh, said I wasn't going to talk about this!

I know I'm not supposed to have a favorite, but I did. I loved T more than anything and it's just crazy to think that he's gone.
